Highway 31 Cabins #3 is a pet friendly one room cabin, sleeps 4, conveniently located on US 31, 10 minutes to Manistee & close to Ludington. Close to rivers & lakes for fishing, swimming, kayaking, snowmobile trails, hiking & biking trails, Big M, North Country Trail, cross country & downhill skiing, wineries, farm markets, Little River Casino, golfing, just six miles from the sandy shores of beautiful Lake Michigan and Nordhouse Dunes. Please read entire listing for amenities and pet policy. *Built in the 1940's, cabin #3 sleeps 4 people w/ 1 double and 2 twin beds. *Has SMALL bathroom w/shower, toilet, and sink. *Table, 3 chairs, tv w/cable, fridge, microwave, plates, silverware, coffee pot. No kitchen. *Linens, towels, body wash, and shampoo provided. *Propane heater & electric wall heater *No AC, but two fans provided *No WiFi, but Verizon & At&t have strong signals. *Outside: 2 chairs, picnic table, private fire pit with grill grate, bbq tools, & roasting sticks. *Firewood available on site for a fee. *DOG FRIENDLY for a fee of $20 PER PET, PER NIGHT. **NOTE:** This is a separate fee payable directly to us in cash, card, or payment app, so guests staying 2 nights with one dog aren't required to pay the same as guests staying a week or more with multiple dogs. Max 2 large, or 3 small dogs in the cabin. Non aggressive breeds only. Dogs must be kept off bedding, kenneled when unattended, and on a leash when outside. *This cabin sits in a semi-circle formation with our 6 other Highway 31 Cabins vintage, roadside rental cabins. The cabins are private and do not share any common spaces. Cabin 3 sits in between cabin 2 and Cabin 4/5. The cabin is located on US 31, which makes it convenient to travel anywhere in the area, but also allows for road noise.
