The house was perfect for us as a large group - the spacious common areas (sitting room with fireplace and dining room) worked really well for our NYE and the beds were really comfy. The kitchen was also great and the kids made good use of the pool room. Although big, the house is cosy. It’s quick to get to the beach and priestway for local walks

We had a really wonderful stay at Newton Manor House. It is a beautiful period property situated just a short walk from the shops, train station and beach. The house has plenty of bedrooms and downstairs space so a great place to stay with family or a group of friends. We would love to come back.

Beautiful house perfectly placed for all the surrounding area has to offer. Walkable into town, bus station, train station and restaurants.

Perfect accommodation for family and friends for our wedding in Swanage! Beautiful house with some unique period features. Anna communicated well when I had questions and proactively informed us about a very minor leak, which had very little affect on our stay.

11 of us (all girls) have just spent a truly wonderful four days in this beautiful house. Plenty of space, lot of bathrooms, within easy walking distance of the beach and shops, lots of parking, fun games, two dishwashers, a lovely welcome pack and a very accommodating and communicative host. We are already planning a return trip!
