这间房子位于公园附近，每天早上起床可以散步和运动，也在皇家植物园的附近，非常棒，房间收拾干净，而且很漂亮。我们全家都非常喜欢！点一百个赞！

We loved our stay at Tahnee and Damon’s place. It was located in an ideal spot with cafes, restaurants and public transport right at our doorstep. We loved that the park was so close too! The house was super comfortable with all the mod cons, comfy beds and heating for the cooler nights. We also loved that we had access to a washer and dryer, essential when traveling with kids. Also so great that Tahnee and Damon have toys, a high chair and portacot to make things so much easier too. Check in was super smooth and we were appreciative of the parking options offered. We can’t wait to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were in Melbourne and a family wedding and this was the perfect starting point. It's really central without being too busy. The Tram is right outside the door and there's one every 5 or 6 minutes so you can be in the city centre in 15 to 2o minutes. The park out the back of the property is huge with loads of space for the kids to run around and great for the daily run. The property itself was really clean with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 younger kids. The trees around the property outside also kept the place really cool inside when temperatures were in the high thirties (Celsius). If I was returning the Melbourne, we would be use this place again without hesitation.

Great base to explore both central and outer Melbourne. It’s a little bit away from the busy CBD which we enjoyed. But easy tram ride or enjoyable walk into town. Can do a nice long walk via Fawkner Park and Botanic Gardens too which was lovely. The South Yarra strip is not too far for some lovely restaurants and a local IGA supermarket. Suits 2 couples or a family. Spacious and clean.
