Our stay was overall good for the price we payed. The location couldn't be any better, transportation right outside and surrounded by restaurants, cafés, tapas and supermarkets. Two things were disappointing. First one of the rooms didn't have a window, technically it did but if you opened it you'd be shocked to find the elevator shaft right there, which was very noisy as well. To be honest, the room shouldn't have two beds as they hardly fit in the room. Second the cleanliness on the living room carpet was not near OK (but we spent such little time inside, we couldn't bother). Also I have to mention we had a few disturbing experiences, as three days in a row someone came to ring the bell/knock on the door, trying to force it open. Was scary but at least the doors had good locks. I would actually go back, but only if we were 2 people.

Quizás la mejor ubicación de Barcelona. Limpio y agradable. Ojo con los horarios de ingreso y con los impuestos. Eso puede afectar tu estadía

Amazing location of the apartment, just next to Sagrada Familia. The place was as described, the only issues we noticed were very small bathroom and lack of any noise isolation, so you hear even the smallest sound coming from the neighborhood.

The apartment is perfectly located, it is clean and all communication was great. A problem is that the walls of the house are so thin you can here a lot from your neighbours and the floor outside. Bathroom and one of the bedrooms are very small and don't have any windows, which especially for the bedroom isn't ideal. The main room (with a comfortable couch and a nice dining place) and the bigger bedroom (with a balcony) are great though, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Overall we had a great time in Barcelona and would choose this place again, as the advantages prevail by far. You are directly at the Sagrada Familia, the metro station is 1 minute away from the apartment ( no noise from the street reaches you though) , you have restaurants and shops close by, and every touristic site is easily and quickly reached from here. And the city is absolutely stunning!

Ubicación muy buena, el chico que nos atendió muy majo también, pero hay que decir que es un piso bastante pequeño, el baño es bastante antiguo y los colchones y las almohadas bastante malas, las camas no estaban muy bien hechas, los radiadores apenas calentaban, y calefacción solo en el salón, la nevera súper pequeña también, es una pena porque la atención ha sido muy buena y la ubicación fascinante pero no volvería.
