Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Our guesthouse is located down our long private driveway with your own off-street parking space, so come and go as you please. Self check in with Key lock box. The private courtyard is fully fenced, and we are pet friendly. Cozy, comfortable, and central. Just 5 minutes drive to the heart of Christchurch and just 10 minutes to the beach. Your own outdoor, fully fenced courtyard with a BBQ, patio heater, and outdoor seating. (gas bottle supplied). Indoors welcomes you to a soft queen sized bed with an electric blanket, 55-inch tv with chromecast, unlimited wifi, and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchenette has a jug, toaster, microwave, mini fridge, and mini oven.( Please note there is no sink in the kitchen area) Tea,coffee, and milk are also provided along with fresh towels, hand soap, and shower wash.

Friendly and accommodating hosts. Easy to drive from the centre of Christchurch and not far to get to the Botanics or onto the Banks Peninsula. It was quite compact for all of our luggage and a little tricky doing dishes in the bathroom sink but still manageable. All in it was fine for what we needed.

This is a great value sleep out which is very convenient to the centre of the city. We had a great nights sleep. Very clean and quiet, we would definitely stay here again.
Great little self contained unit. Just what we needed after our flight.

Being central makes it easy to take the metro bus service pretty much anywhere. Bus stops are just a 2-minute walk. However, if you choose to taxi or Uber, it would not be much of an expense if you just want to go to the city.
