Fran was very accommodating. Fran got us a fabulous place to stay. Very beautiful and peaceful place stay. We were so lucky to have found Graces Cottage! Thank you Fran and Nancy! We would definitely stay again!!!

This house and its back yard was so zen, I found myself sitting down on the dock for hours surrounded by huge mature trees, and lots of beautiful birds. There is a lovely walk you can take through the ancient trees and foliage to a small beach on the intercostal beaches. We luv, luv, luv this place with the magical zen and the tranquility.

The location and neighborhood was great. Backyard perfect for our dogs. Fran was very friendly. Disappointed with the status of the kayaks and we realized there wasn't a safe way to get in and out of them from the dock, no ladder or handrails. House was in need of update- early 1980's kitchen, a better vacuum would be nice. King sized bed was comfy. Indoor space was darker than pictures showed, inside lighting could be better, no real work station. Outside covered patio was great but furniture worn. Deck area near creek was relaxing, nice to sit outside after we asked Fran to fix the lighting. Overall a nice place but in need of a little TLC. Safe neighborhood to walk around - dog friendly. Very close to great beaches, parks and restaurants, golf and pickleball.

This place was really great. Good location and the dock on the creek was a special treat. The host was very accommodating and responsive.
