Excellent location, 5 min walk to the uptown area. The rooms are renovated and very spacious. Absolutely stunning view from breakfast room. Owner of the place was super accommodating with a lot of great advices about places to visit. However, Oak Greek room is adjacent to the dining room/common area. You will hear noises, smells from the kitchen and guest conversations. Make sure that you are an early bird and be prepared to be awake around 6:30 or 7 am when work begins in the kitchen.

This Air B&B was a short drive to most everything. Comfortable room. Great breakfast, and friendly host. We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely room with a huge bathroom. Nice and dark even in the morning, great breakfast. We traveled with our dog and they had treats, bags, and a cover for the couch all set up.

Great visit! There are 5 independent rooms in a single level B&B. Each room has it's own keyless entrance. Breakfast is made-to-order each morning by the Innkeeper, Barbara. It's absolutely delicious. Barbara's hospitality is exceptional. If requested, she will provide suggestions for dining, shopping, hiking trails, spa/massage salons, wineries and activities in the area. She's very knowledgable about the area. Elaine, the B&B's housekeeper kept our room clean daily. She's very kind and friendly. We even had pastries waiting for us in our room after a full day of hiking and site seeing! It was a short walk to quaint stores and dining from the B&B. Thank you Cheryl and Joe for providing us with a very relaxing, quiet, comfortable, safe and fun place to stay

Large, beautiful room, close to town. Very comfortable. Gorgeous bath with rainfall shower and separate whirlpool tub. Soaps, shampoos, coffee, and a fridge to make the stay easy and comfortable. Being in Sedona, it is a bit pricier than what I usually pay for a room this size on AirBnB, but comes with an awesome complimentary breakfast as well. Overall, a great stay!
