I loved my stay at Joseph’s place: it is clean, comfortable, has good wifi, and is well situated in Fort Kochi. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of Keralan and western options, and coffee and tea is on offer all day. But by far the best part of staying here is the staff, namely Lijo and Manoj (Joseph was out of town during my visit). When I arrived at 1:30 AM because of a flight delay Manoj greeted me with a smile, a smile that stayed during my entire stay. The same is true for Lijo. These guys know Kerala and the travel business, and are incredibly generous with their help and recommendations. I particularly enjoyed the 1 day backwater tour they recommended. I missed the roof top yoga because of Joseph’s absence, but I’m sure it enhances the stay even more. I highly recommend this place!

Our stay at Joseph’s place was a wonderful experience. Lijo & Manoj, the hosts, were very kind and generous with their time and hospitality. The property is situated in the center of Fort Kochi, with easy access to all the attractions. The rooms were spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen and essential amenities. Lijo & Manoj were very friendly and enjoyable to chat with. We would love to come back to this place if we visit Fort Kochi again.

Absolutely amazing place! Mr Manoj was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was fresh every morning, exactly as ordered. My wife has a gluten allergy and once this was conveyed, everything was made gluten free to our order and they were very careful and asked about certain dishes. The room was very nice, bathroom was clean and a nice ambience. 10/15 minutes walk to Fort Kochi beach and all restaurants. Would recommend this amazing place to anyone!
