房东亲自到码头接送，非常的贴心，整个房子也非常宽敞干净，景色也相当不错，唯一需要注意的是，如果每天都需要去alona附近的话不是很方便，需要坐车半小时

If you are looking for a short or long term stay, I would definitely recommend this place. They have pretty fast connection (100-200++mbps) if you need to work. I really appreciate their kindness and warmth to their guests. Efrenia and her caretakers Juri and Marcelo are very responsive and attentive to your needs. They will make sure youre okay.. I loved the conversations we had, although short it was a good one. Sad to leave only after a months stay due to buying a house. All the positive comments/reviews they got here are true, if you stay here you will be happy with everything. Hoping to visit again soon!

Efrenia is such a lovely host, he made sure from the start that our stay is as comfortable as possible! The place is spacious, very clean and exactly like in the pictures! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling in the area!

Efrenia’s apartment is very spacious, situated in a little corner of Tagbilaran city far away from all the noise and the crowds but still close enough all major stores & restaurants (everything is in 10-15 mins distance by motorbike). Efrenia is an amazing host and her staff are very friendly and helpful. They also value privacy and provide a safe environment.
