my second monthly stay here, and really enjoyed it

I have stayed here for a month, and decided to extend my stay with another month. Nicholas is an excellent host, he is very responsive, and very helpful with every request I had. The apartment it self is very good, there was everything i needed, and very friendly staff in the building, a very nice thai kitchen which deliver straight to your room to local prices. There building also have a nice mini mart if you need the most basic things, or just a cold drink. The only minus was there was not really a nice chair to sit in, but he had a nice couch to make up for it. If I ever come back to Chiang mai this is the place i wanna stay, it's great value for your money.

I stayed here for a month and I’m happy with my choice. Traveling solo as a girl I felt very safe staying here. A bit far from the center but has plenty of restaurants in the area. With grab/ motorbike it is perfect. Host replies very fast and smooth check in and out. I recomendationd if you are coming to Chiang Mai😊 longterm or short

Nicholas was really friendly and proactive. His place looks like pictures displayed on the listing. What we enjoyed the most is the market located in just 10 min away from home, that was really convenient. If you are a cooking chef, Nicholas’ kitchen will allow you to prepare all your favorite dishes. What we dislike the most was the numerous of karaoke clubs around the building playing every night which could have been noisy for us. Apart from that, this is definitely the best place to stay in Chiang May. Thanks Nicholas for sharing it ;-)

Great place for a long-term stay :) lots of space, a beautiful large balcony, nice kitchen, bathroom, TV, a great restaurant downstairs, and a good work space. It needed a good clean and had to buy quite a few things for around the house; soap, detergent, dish towels, paper towel, cooking oil & spices, sponges, etc. but that's okay. Great spot for a longer stay and some privacy. Thanks Nicholas
