Well equipped, spacious 5 bedroom family home available, centrally located in wide and leafy avenue, 20 mins walk from the centre, 10 mins drive from the airport and beside major transport links. A wealth of period features in the main house and a modern and kitchen / diner to the rear. As a family home only available short term when we are away on holiday, it's equipped and furnished accordingly. Very strictly no parties and in consideration of neighbours, no excessive noise after 11.00 pm

Our family of six stayed at Bill's home as part of our summer holiday. Bill was an awesome host. Extremely responsive & very helpful. The house is large & made for a very comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood with pubs, restaurants, and markets very close by. Easy walk to Dublin city center.

Super séjour chez Bill qui est un hôte très réactif lorsqu’une question se pose. L’appartement est grand, nous étions 9 adultes pour courir le marathon de Dublin. Nous avons profité de son excellente situation par rapport à l’aéroport et au centre ville.

The house is spacious and airy, in a lovely area with every amenity close at hand. Its proximity to both the airport and the city centre is a bonus. Highly recommended !

Located in a leafy avenue in Drumcondra, the house is situated 2 minutes from the main road North and to the airport from central Dublin. Buses to and from the airport and to the centre and the main train stations run from the main road.
There are various bars, restaurants and cafes in the immediate area, including Fagans bar, regularly highlighted as a classic Dublin pub.
Croke Park, the hadquarters of Irish sports Gaelic football and hurling and the Botanic Gardens are in easy walking distance, O'Connell St and the centre of Dublin or 20 minutes walk away
