What an amazing place. And what an incredible host. I consider myself a traveler. And I have been using airbnb for around a decade. Never have I seen a level of communication with a host as with Ivo. He helped me with finding everything in the city, any questions, as well as helped me plan out my day trips to Belgium and Germany. This stay was incredible. It felt like I am staying at my best friend’s house. Definitely recommend it.

The apartment is in a good location with easy train access to the city center. There are shops and restaurants on street level which is nice. Ivo is very responsive with help around the city or anything in the apartment.

Ivo was one of the best Airbnb hosts we've had. Communication was always quick and clear. He also provided great recommendations for things to do in Amsterdam, and even his favorite spots in Paris - the next stop in our trip. Check in was easy, and Ivo worked with us to accommodate all our check in needs. The place itself was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was great - close to restaurants, grocery, drug stores, and on the same block as Tram #14, which was an easy 20 min ride into Dam Square. A few things to consider - The place is in a 1 story walk up with narrow stairs, no elevator, and may cause concern for those with mobility issues. Additionally, my other half and I are pretty small people, but even we found the bathroom to be quite tiny. However, for only a few days, this was a minor inconvenience for the value we got.

Ivo was a fantastic host who always responded promptly and efficiently. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it. 5 stars!
