2 bedroom house with one bath, kitchen, living area and an open porch with a beautiful view of the patio and pool. Weekly cleaning service provided at no additional cost. Electricity and personal items are NOT included. 1 pet maximum with a one time fee of $80. Can be paid at check in (Pet must be friendly since other guests and pets share the same property) Check-out time is at 11:00a.m, any guest remaining after check-out time will be charged for an additional day( $180).

My husband and I stayed for about 2 months and we absolutely loved our stay! There's really not a lot to say - everything was exactly as mentioned in the description and Kandy went above and beyond to help us with every request we had. We'll be back eventually and are already looking forward! :)

Utila bay islands is “ The pearl of the Caribbean”, why not enjoy your stay in a private gated complex? Inside one can find 7 different cabins, all unique in their own way, each comes with its own cable and internet router, AC, ceiling fans, refrigerator, gas stove and sink to do dishes. We also have a pool just in case one needs to cool off on a warm day, and yes it’s next to our grilling area, for guest to enjoy! To top it off, from where we are located, it’s only a 15 to 20 minute walk from downtown.
