All was great except for the host’s teenage son who lived in the apartment above - unfortunately on the first night he came home at 5am and was crashing about for an hour and then the second night he was socialising loudly with several friends so we couldn’t get to sleep - my husband eventually knocked on the door and they went out, however they then came home at 3.50am and continued to socialise loudly. It was such a shame because if we’d been able to sleep, we really came to Italy for a rest, then it would’ve been perfect in every other way. The Storehouse restaurant opposite was absolutely fantastic and was the best food of our whole week! The views were stunning and the apartment comfy/clean. The host was helpful to a degree but didn’t give us the full address until we were lost and instructions could’ve been so much clearer before that! Also, annoying that it was the host’s son that disturbed us but we weren’t offered any compensation for 2 out of 3 nights disturbed.

This place is perfection. Wonderful restaurants nearby, nightly, amazing gelato just a block away. Wonderful market and caffe. Absolutely stunning sights. Wonderfully helpful, sweet, responsive host. If I could live in one Airbnb it wills be this one. I will be back!!!!!

Our experience at Emi‘s place was fabulous! The location is just spectacular overlooking Lake Como. The neighborhood is quiet and very quaint. The apartment is quite comfortable and spotless. It is very spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom with the shower was quite lovely. Emi is a fabulous host. She responded to all of our questions very quickly. She went out of her way to make our stay special. To top it off, the Stone House restaurant, right next door, was great! When we come back to the Lake Como area, we will definitely consider staying here again! Emi, thank you for a wonderful experience! Ciao!

What an amazing find! Emi was in contact a week prior to our stay to make recommendations and ask when we planned to check in. Emi provided excellent service, including checking in to ensure we were comfortable, making recommendations, and even offering to book activities on our behalf. We loved the property's location near a pebble beach right on the lake, as well as nearby restaurants and attractions like Bellagio and boat rentals. The apartment was immaculate, with fantastic views and everything we needed for our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful week and really appreciated Emi's hospitality. Thank you 👏

The view is incredible so close to the water! What a beautiful special place!
