非常好的住宿体验，房间很温馨，跟照片一模一样。步行六七分钟能到地铁站还是挺方便的，性价比也很高。

We had a very nice stay here. It was well equipped. The only downside was the check in process. Once we got to the address, we had to walk 15 minutes to get the keys ands then 15 minutes back. Otherwise, it was great!

The check in procedure was needlessly complicated and it was not ready when it was time for check in. Frédéric was responsive but unhelpful. We had been traveling for nearly 15 hours and I had to go back and forth repeatedly to the random store where you are supposed to be able to get the code to get the keys to the apartment while my husband was feeling ill. We told the host this but was just told to wait another 45 minutes (past check in) for the cleaning person to let us in. She finally arrives and tells us to go for a walk for an hour because she needed to clean. The place hadn't even been cleaned before our arrival! We refused because 15 hours of travel and the late check in so she did a cursory cleaning and left. The place is advertised has having a washer dryer but there was only a tiny amount of detergent and we had to ask to find it because the two boxes that were out were empty. The washer was also moldy. No apologies or real concern from Frédéric at all.

Appartement très agréable, très propre, bien meublé et ensoleillé, dans un quartier populaire et pas centrale mais plein de restos et très vivant. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Frederic was a great host & very responsive. The home was beautiful and will definitely stay again!
