Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen mit Meerblick und etwas ausserhalb von der Altstadt Klmata. Die Wohnung mit der grosszügigen Dachterrasse ist sehr schön und stylvoll eingerichtet und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Nico sehr genossen, er war hilfsbereit und die Wohnung ein wahres Schmuckstück. Wir haben uns direkt wohl und Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben jeden Abend an der Aussenküche gekocht.
Situation exceptionnelle pour cet appartement en bord de mer, proche de toutes les commodités de la ville, parfait pour 2 personnes. Très bien conçu, rénové avec des matériaux et des équipements de qualité, très fonctionnel et agréable à vivre : grande terrasse, vue sur la mer à 180°. Espace sommeil intégré à la pièce de vie : ça fonctionne très bien. Bonne literie très confortable, déco artistique dans l'ensemble de l'appartement et de bon goût. Environnement très agréable, plage de sable gris en face de l'immeuble, mer calme et température de l'eau très agréable (même en septembre) Nico est un hôte très accueillant soucieux de la qualité de notre séjour chez lui, et toujours disponible à répondre à vos sollicitations et qui a particulièrement à cœur que vous vous sentiez bien chez lui. Un appartement parfait pour profiter de la plage, de la mer et des avantages d'une ville.
Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans le Penthouse de Nico ! Dès le moment où nous avons réservé, il s’est montré très réactif et nous a conseillé sur les moyens de transport pour venir à Kalamata. Nous avons été enchantés par l’appartement qui est magnifique, la vue sur la mer et les montagnes sont à couper le souffle : on croirait être en croisière dans un bateau 🛥️ Nico nous a offert des spécialités de Kalamata, et nous a accueilli très gentiment. L’appartement était extrêmement propre et fonctionnel : il est possible de se faire à manger dans la cuisine interne mais aussi dans la cuisine d’été qui est sur la terrasse (parfait pour éviter les odeurs à l’intérieur !). Des serviettes de plage sont fournies ainsi que des claquettes, et l’accès à la mer et aux beach-volleys club se fait en moins d’une minute. Nous recommandons à 100% cet appartement et remercions Nico pour cette expérience si agréable ❤️
Absolutely best veranda with the most beautiful and inspiring view of Kalamata’s beachfront, the sea, playful swallows in flight and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is SUPER cute, safe and well appointed. The beds and linens are comfortable. Nico was very kind, exceptionally helpful and provided clear instructions. We most definitely would love to stay again!
Nico's place is fantastic - small but perfectly formed! The outdoor terrace is big with beautiful views, lots of seating and there is also a useful out building with laundry facilities and other useful features. Nico was really responsive and helpful with tips on takeaways and taxis. The only additional thing which would be useful would be a baby highchair (to go with the great travel cot) just to make the apartment super baby friendly. We would happily stay again!

Hi, I'm Nico I'm Swiss - Greek in my 50s. I lived half of my life in Switzerland and almost half my life in Greece, and a small (but very impressive) part on Malta. Since 2017 I'm back in Greece, where I live with my girlfriend and her daughter in the city of Kalamata. I love to dance Tango Argentino, ride my bike, sail, fly a plane, dive, listen to music, read, do nothing, talk, and many other things...I find life quite interesting. I was introduced to Airbnb by my three children who all of them are Airbnb travelers. So I started as a traveler too. Now since 2017, I'm also a host, and I like this part a lot. The idea I'm following for my own listings is to offer such which are on the 'Top', metaphorically speaking (quality for price) but also in the real sense of the word: on the TOP of the building they are. In the meantime I have two of them, the second one opened in Sommer 2018. I also co-host for friends of mine. I'm a non-smoker. And I'm also ecological, meaning I do try to take care of the environment as far as I can. So most of the things you'll find in my apartments are ecological or organic in one way or the other. I would be glad to meet and host you if you ever come to Kalamata cheers :)
