Such a serene, peaceful room in a lovely flat. And it smelled lovely! A lovely location near to beautiful Waterlow Park and Highgate Village with great transport connections. Tim was friendly, responsive and flexible. I'll definitely stay again.

Tim was an outstanding host. His home was beautiful, cozy and spacious. The location is ideal. Right across the street is a charming pub and right up the hill is a bucolic Highgate village with one of the best Gastro pubs in North London. Tim himself is kind, gracious and respectful. I can’t wait to bring my wife next year. Highly recommend and I will return next year. Thank you so much Tim! Happy Holidays 🙏🎄🍷

Tim's flat is lovely and just as pictured. He responded very quickly to queries leading up to my trip and made arrangements so I was able to get in on my schedule. He and his family were friendly and available when needed or for a chat but very respectful of my privacy as well. The neighborhood is very safe and beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again should my travels take me back to Highgate.

Tim’s place was available last minute and I am so grateful to have had such a lovely and comfortable place to stay. Room is as pictured and super spacious and cozy, and Tim is a super warm and caring person. Highly recommend for a place to stay in a quiet neighborhood that’s a short walk to great shops, restaurants, and underground stop and bus stops.
