Pictures do not do the cottage justice. The cottage has been renovated and modern through and through. Beautiful backyard with an outdoor theatre, riverfront, canoe and kayaks. A quick 10 minute walk to the beach. Communication with Grace was excellent. Would love to return!!

Overall a great place place to stay! We enoyed the cottage with three kids (4, 3, 10 months) and my parents who have some mobility challenges. The place met all our needs. It was more open and bigger than the pictures show. All the amenities included were so helpful, and some lovely perks like a cappuccino machine! The walk to the beach was easy - a straight walk but you need to cross the main road (at a light). Pulling/pushing the kids and all their stuff we made it in 12 minutes. The closest beach entrance is at Beach 5, pro is there a washroom facility! We took advantage of the outdoor screen and a fire pit almost every night. For those that have mobility issues, note that the backayrd is several levels and can be a bit tricky to navigate. There are two steps out the back door with no railing and the stairs down to the fire pit are steep, but safe with a railing, there is also a gate at the top. The front door is also two steps in with no railing. Once in the cottage it is one level and the bathroom door can open extra wide which was super helpful for my dad who uses a rollator. We would definitely stay here again and encourage others looking to rent to consider this place. Thank you Grace!

My family of five spent the most lovely week at Grace and Dan's beautiful home on the river. Five star location, five star accommodation and five star hosts who went above and beyond—providing lifejackets in all sizes, essentials like tin foil and baggies, and even a polaroid camera for guests to use. So clean, so comfy, so peaceful.
