Staircase was rickety. Some did not want to go down. Didn’t feel safe to them. (Guys in late 50s.) Four beds in one room not ideal for college friend trip. Felt like we were back in the dorms. Beautiful location. Beach was amazing. Clean place. Kitchen had everything we needed. Clean bath towels. Had excellent privacy.

This is a beautiful place - it's all about the view and the beach for our group. The home itself is nice and clean and comfortable and well maintained but we didn't spend much time inside. How can you when you can be by the water? I couldn't ask for anything else. The stairs aren't necessarily for the feint of heart - there are 92 steps (I counted) - which is actually pretty normal for this sort of property but may surprise some first timers. The other thing is the drive to Saugatuck 20 minutes away to check in is not necessarily convenient, though it is an easy drive. Just plan on that. All of that said, we loved it and plan to be back.
