Rafic's place worked well for my family and me during our three-night stay. It was spacious (fitting two adults and 3 young children just fine) and clean and well-located to shops and buses into the center of Bologna. We appreciated the handy parking spot right next to the building. There was a problem with our self check-in in that the key wasn't there for us where it was supposed to be, so we had to wait a couple of hours before we could enter the apartment. But Rafic was responsive and did his best to resolve things as quickly as he could, arranging a replacement key to be brought to us and offering us a discount. We are appreciative of his efforts. Aside from the check-in mixup, we had an overall pleasant stay and would recommend his place to future guests.

In Bologna there is a lot of traffic but opposite the place there is a great coffee place. Makes up the noise of the street.

Die Einrichtung ist lieblos. Es gibt ein Minimum an Informationen. Toilettenpapier fehlte und trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage nicht geliefert. Warmwasser lief erst am 2. Tag.
