Okay listing but there are a few compromises and unfinished ends; the winter seasonal pricing makes the compromise more tolerable. Amber was helpful, responsive, and open to feedback so I'm hoping that these issues will be addressed very soon. The unit has some unfinished issues like unsecured floorboards, is in need of weatherization to keep dust/pests out, and new drapes for better privacy. Location is decent, the FX2 bus line is a short 5min walk away and will get you to downtown in 30-40min. Nearest grocery store (and restaurants) is a 25min walk so a car is almost a necessity. Kitchen has the bare essentials but struggles to meet the economies of scale that make cooking worth the opportunity cost (toaster oven, 2burner hot plate). Lastly, the internet; while it works, it's a 5MB/s (40mbps) connection with intermittent latency that can be occupied by up to 8-10 people which can bring the connection to a crawl and desynchronize video calling, gaming, and media streaming.

Amber's place was amazing! She was very nice and responsive to all communication. The studio was clean and as advertised and the large courtyard/yard was perfect for my dog. 10/10 would stay again. Thanks Amber and Jason!

Had a nice stay for sure! It was convenient for going to work and being social while I was waiting for my house to be ready. Great short term option!

I’ve stayed at this air bnb for 2 months and renewing another 2 months since I’ve relocated from Minnesota. Amber’s hospitality has been the icing on the cake for this stay. The area is phenomenal and lots do to. Perfect for shorter stays also. For extended stays I’d recommend an air fryer as there is only a toaster. This studio has been awesome and if I could I’d sign a full year here. Thanks Amber once again for this stay! Definitely going to be a busy place this summer so get your bookings in now while this is still available!
