The caravan is in an amazing location and the outside space was brilliant, safe and felt private. The caravan was described as old, which it was and that didn't bother us. The bedrooms and lounge space were good. Unfortunately there were two large holes in the floor that were covered with thick pieces of MDF. These were really annoying and we stubbed many toes on them. Judging by the MDF, it had been that way for a while. The caravan main areas were clean, but there were lots of cobwebs around and lots of squashed bugs on the ceiling. If the condition of the caravan were better, I'd have no hesitation in staying there again. Gina communicated well and my only major complaint is paying money to stay in a place where we hurt our toes.

Great location within walking distance of beach & town which was great with kids and not having to worry about parking. Kids loved it Would stay there again 👍

The caravan is exactly what it says on the tin! It’s small and ‘vintage’ but the location is excellent. Would say it’s comfortable for two adults in summer. There were a few improvement points that we felt could have made the stay that little better that I’ve sent to the owner.

Had a fabulous week at the caravan which was a real find. Perfect location with everything close by, the beach, walks, town, canal. Was a joy to not have to drive everwhere and apart from one day out to Boscastle and Widemouth we made the most of the gorgeous local Summerleaze and Crooklets beaches. The caravan had everything we needed and was lovely to enjoy a coffee in the mornings surrounded by beautiful greenery and birdsong. Hope we can stay again soon.

Gina's caravan is exactly as described in the information and previous reviews - it is a little dated but was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, plus it was bigger than we expected. Bude town centre and the coastal paths were so close yet it felt quite secluded with a great little outside area . Gina was really accommodating and we enjoyed our stay.
