We made a last minute reservation request for a two-night stay, to arrive within two hours, and it was immediately accepted and Tod reached out to us within minutes to make sure we had all the information needed. The property is exactly as described and shown in the photos, a nice, clean place with a great king size bed, clean bathroom and kitchen, with ample living space. Being the only unit in this building above a garage (that is not actively used), there are a lot of steps up to it, but the condo is very quiet and peaceful. Out the door you can take a morning walk, run or bike ride in the lovely neighborhood or on the mulit-use paved trails along Bluffton and Buckwalter parkways. The kitchen is adequate for a short stay, no dishwasher, but a full stove and refrigerator/freezer with a small bar sink that's fine for washing a few dishes, and a small dining table for a quick bite. A nice bonus is the washer/dryer, which you don't typically get in these type spaces. Highly recommend!

Tod was communicative all the way through. We found everything as described, and was very pleased with our stay. It is just a short drive to a multitude of things to do, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. We would absolutely be happy to stay here again.

The bed is huge and the pillows are really comfy. The place is in a safe gated community. Great stay and the host Tod is wicked nice and very helpful
