首先，非常衷心的感谢房东Sven和房东妈妈的照顾！住在这套公寓中的18天中，我得到了很多帮助，就像回到自己家一样亲切和温暖。 我也很乐意把这个公寓推荐给其他在香港寻找住宿的朋友，因为这里着实是一个值得推荐的地方！因为平时自己也通过住客的介绍来选择住宿，所以也结合自己的亲身经历，介绍一些公寓的情况，供其他朋友参考： 1） 关于房东 房东Sven真的是一个非常友善、热心的朋友，和Sven的沟通非常愉快。同时，Sven会主动、贴心的询问我的需求，比如入住的时候他会带我熟悉周边的环境（比如超市、车站），我晚上回来他会询问是否饿并告诉我冰箱里有吃的，我离开的时候他会询问我的航班时间并帮我规划出行安排。房东的妈妈也非常友善，半个月的相处我们也成为很好的朋友。总之，Sven真的是一位非常难得的好房东！ 2）关于房间 房间的设施非常齐全，住在这里很舒适。卧室里有一张双人床、一张书桌和一个衣柜，窗外是一片葱郁的山景。洗手间非常宽敞、整洁。还有明亮的客厅和厨房，也有洗衣机可以洗衣服。在香港这样寸土寸金的地方，找到这样宽敞又舒适的房子并不容易。 3）环境： 公寓处在一个新的、管理优秀的社区，出入小区有两道安保，非常安全。公寓周边有两个大型超市和很多小超市，还有很多餐厅，有香港连锁的快餐店、米线店、麦当劳，也有太兴这样的连锁茶餐厅等等，选择比较多，生活很方便。 4）交通 小区紧邻地铁和公交车站，出行非常方便。只需5分钟就能走到地铁站或车站。亲测时间供参考：792路到香港科技大学大约15-20分钟，乘坐机场快线到达机场大约1小时，地铁到达铜锣湾大约20-25分钟、到达中环大约30-35分钟。 总体来说，这里是一个难得的好住处，值得推荐，如果以后有机会来香港，也期待还有机会住在这里。再次感谢房东Sven和房东妈妈的照顾！写的比较多，但是我想这套公寓值得我花时间写下亲身经历来推荐给其他朋友。： ） I appreciate for Sven and his mother's help and care! I lived in this apartment for 18 days. In this period, I got a lot of help from my host. Therefore, I would like to recommend this apartment to other friends who are looking for accommodation in Hong Kong. It is really a nice place! Because I usually decide where to live by the introduction of other guests, I also introduce some information about this apartment for other friends by my own experience. 1) About the host The host Sven has a warm heart. He is friendly and easy going. When I checked in, he told me where is the bus station and supermarket. When I arrived the apartment in the evening, he asked me if I was hungry and there were something to eat in the refrigerator. When I would check out, he asked my flight information and gave some suggestion for leave time. His mother is also very friendly. It is so lucky to have a host like Sven, isn’t it？ 2) About the room The room is very comfortable and convenient to live in. There is a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe in the bedroom. In addition, the bedroom has a beautiful mountain view. The bathroom, living room and kitchen are very spacious and tidy. 3) About the environment: The apartment is in a new, well-managed community with safe security. There are two large supermarket and many restaurants around the community, such as Tai Hing Restaurant, McDonald's, rice noodle shop, and so on. It is easy to find a place to eat or shopping. 4) About the traffic The community is near be the subway and bus stop. It is very convenient to travel. It takes only 5 minutes to the subway station or bus station by foot. By my experience: a) To the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, by Bus 792, about 15 to 20 minutes. b) To the Hong Kong International Airport, by Bus Airport Express, about 1 hour. c) To the Causeway Bay, by subway, about 20-25 minutes. d) To the Central, by subway, about 30 to 35 minutes. Above all, this is a nice place to live. It is really comfortable and convenient. Thanks again to my host Sven and his mother! I write so much, but it is worth that I spend time on writing my experience to recommend this apartment to other friends. :)

I stayed at Sven's place for a whole month and it was a wonderful experience. My room was very confortable and the apartment had everything I needed. The internet was very fast. The location couldn't be better with a mall and public transportation just a few minutes away, super convenient!! Both the city and my university (HKUST) were easily accessible with a direct metro/bus line. Sven was an amazing host and I am very thankful for his kindness and concern with my well being. On the first day he made time to show me around the apartment and the area, telling me where to go for food, groceries, transportation, ... which was very helpful! He frequently invited me for lunch, biking, hiking and other fun activities, showing me the city and things I would never have found or done by myself. It is amazing to have a host like Sven who knows about the area and is available to spend time with you, show you around and answer all your questions. No complaints at all, my stay couldn't have been better.

Sven’s place is conveniently located and has all the modern home amenities one would expect. The view from the room is lush greenery, which was an unexpected surprise if you talk about Hong Kong. Sven is a very hospitable host, going out of his way to tour us around the “community” for us to find our way around, which was a welcome treat as it was our first time in TKO. I will definitely recommend the Cherry apartment to anyone looking for accommodation in this quiet part of Hong Kong.

Staying at Sven's place was a pleasure and exceeded all of my expectations. He was always available to help me with anything I needed. I highly recommend staying with Sven to anyone looking for an exceptional experience with a highly personalized touch. If I end up back in HK, I will definitely look into renting from Sven again.
