We had a wonderful stay while our home was under construction. The condo had plenty of space for our family, a nice little fenced in patio, and was furnished with everything needed! Excellent communication with both James and his property manager, Theresa. Definitely recommend!

James and staff were very responsive and professional. I am from Memphis and the accommodations are excellent and just as described. The area is safe and clean. The condo is fully equipped and feels like home. I will definitely use again if needed and highly recommend to friends and family.

Jim, and his property manager, Theresa, made our trip special. The location is ideal. Very safe area , convenient to stores and restaurants. A quiet area with reserved parking. Pet friendly. Both Jim and Theresa were very gracious and made sure that our every question was answered, every need was met. We will be back.

The ease of accessing the space was great, no need to pick up keys, just enter a custom code. It was really nice to be in a good size space with full-size amenities rather than a long-term hotel. Will definitely stay there again if I have the need for a long-term rental in the Memphis area. Location is very convenient. I lived in Memphis for 13 years and this location can't be beat for ease of access to all areas of the city.
