The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I live behind a tv station, so things are well-lit. There is also a small neighborhood park area a couple blocks away for more outdoor relaxing space.

It's best to have a car to get from place to place. Lima may be a city, but it's a small city. Public transportation is limited. Lyft and Uber are available but service can be sporadic.
