Overall the value for money at this apartment is not there in my opinion and is hugely overpriced for what it is. Whilst there has been effort put into making it presentable internally as well as some over and above touches such as breakfast supplies it does not takeaway from the reality this flat is set in an undesirable block of state housing with some fairly dodgy looking tenants. We did not feel safe here at all, especially with a one year old. The pictures gave no indication of a stair case, this is extremely steep and narrow and very dangerous with young ones and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The shower is painfully small for an adult, I’m 6ft, slim build and struggled. This was unfortunately a disappointing stay for us. I would suggest a much lower price point and transparency on location and layout/size of apartment.
