We stayed 2 nights. The property is absolutely wonderful. We arrived a little early and were very kindly allowed access. We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the accommodation, larger than the photos portray. It was sparkling clean in all aspects and although, as it was a birthday treat weekend, we hardly cooked, as keen cooks we could see that the kitchen was equipped as you would expect from your own kitchen. The position of the property meant there was little passing by and super quiet, slept really well. The walk down to the town took us just under 10 minutes and a minute or so more coming back up. I must add, we live in Cornwall, we are used to the hills! The information pack was straight forward to follow and informative. We ate at the Portminster Kitchen one evening & Porthmeor Beach Cafe for a breakfast and evening meal in their super cosy pods, both amazing food. We walked miles from beach to beach. Thank you. We can’t wait to return if you'll have us!

Perfect little flat for amazingly easy access to the town and beaches. St Ives is our favourite town and we usually only visit for the day so it made such a difference being able to stay and enjoy the evenings at the beach. Really nice space, very clean, comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend!

Crispian was a very friendly and helpful host , couldn't of asked for a better stay at life of Riley. There was a co - op just round the corner which was very handy and only a 5/10 minute walk down into the town and beaches. Thanks for a great stay Crispian look forward to returning

One of our best stays..beautiful location and super close to a Coop as well. The host was super helpful!
