A truly wonderful stay. Not sure what else to add that hasn’t already been mentioned in other reviews but it certainly lived up its reputation. Fabio is a wonderful host and I’m certain I’ll book again in the future.

We just returned home after spending 3 weeks at Fabio’s home in Ostia. It was exactly as described in the listing. It is the best of both worlds: an interesting neighbourhood feet from the beach and sea. All is within walking distance: grocery stores, shops, restaurants, bakeries and gelaterias. Which is good because we did not have the use of a car. One of our criteria was to be far away from the enormous crowds and noise in downtown Rome). Ostia gives you breathing room , the sea, beach, places to walk, etc. The Ostia metro station is a 15 minute walk from the home and within 30 minutes you are able get anywhere in Rome by metro or bus. After a day of sightseeing in Rome or Ostia Antica it was always good to return “home”. Morning coffee on the very large terrace was a special treat. As for Fabio he is a wonderful host. Very attentive and responsive and a very pleasant person.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit super lage und Transport Möglichkeiten um direkt nach rom zu gegangen. Der Gastgeber war auch sehr freundlich uns hat nichts gefehlt.

Amazing place. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. The appartement was quite clean and contained everything needed for a comfortable stay and even more than we’ve expected. We actually felt like at home. Additionally there was beach equipment that allowed us to have lovely sunbathing. The place surrounded by many cool restaurants. So you will never be hungry. I totally recommend this apartment. I’m looking forward to get back next year.

Фабио отличный и гостеприимный хозяин. Квартира красивая, в ней есть все необходимое для пребывания. Рядом пляж и рестораны. Рекомендую данное жилье.
