You'll find all the cooking essentials you need, including pots, pans, a crockpot, toaster, microwave, serving dishes, cooking utensils, spices, and more. We've also provided plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee cups, and all the other essentials. With ample storage space and a well-arranged layout, you'll feel right at home in our kitchen. Other Rules - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. We kindly remind you that a $250 additional cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. We ask that all guests respect and observe this rule. - For your convenience, a vacuum is available in the hallway closet room. - Please keep the common areas clean and dispose of any trash properly - Please lock ONLY the front door deadbolt and back slider door. The other handles should remain unlocked. - When checking out, kindly leave the garage door remotes on the kitchen counter. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee per remote. - All provided amenities such as towels and soap must remain inside the property. - If applicable, please take out the trash and recycling bins to the street curb on Friday morning.
