We had a fantastic wknd at the cottage! The pictures don’t even do it justice - it’s SO charming with so many thoughtful touches. We loved how close it was to skiing, hiking, and some cute bars/restaurants. Alecia was super responsive and accommodating when we needed to reach out on a couple things. Highly recommend this lovely spot!
Alecia’s place was the coziest airbnb I have rented! I felt right at home and had ALL kitchen amenities you could imagine (5 different ways to make coffee!!!!) the hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing, and the huge wood pile for a cozy indoor fire was a nice touch. After a little initial blip of missed communication that we got worked out Alecia was very responsive. The house seems like such a fun spot for summer as well so if we find ourselves up that way we definitely will be staying again. Thanks for a great long weekend!

We love our family cottage and now use it to entertain friends and family. The land has been in the family since Revolutionary War. The cottage was built in 1934. It started out as just a tiny place, then was continually added onto and the result is a fun quirky old-time quintessential lakeside cottage. It's a really fun and charming place with plenty of space for privacy and a lot to do in the cottage and around the area! We like to rent to nice people who will take good care of it. "It's like renting a whole B & B for yourself!" Alecia is a community police mental health crisis clinician and her job can be quite demanding and chaotic. Therefore, she loves to take care of the cottage keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked for that quick reprieve. John is retired and loves to work on improving the cottage as time and funds allow.
