It was a wonderful stay with an amazing view! Shankar was really helpful with anything we needed . the place is surrounded by small resturants which serve some really amazing sea food. Will definitely visit again!

Amazing place with a beautiful Sea view from the balcony. Clean rooms and nice minimal interiors. Auto Rickshaw available nearby but the Auto fellows charges exorbitant. Good to get a bike on rent or take a local bus from the main road.

We stayed at Shankar's place for 2 nights. Shankar was an awesome host. He was very kind and helpful. Pros -  1) Location, location, location - Room is situated right on the beach. You can see the sea waves from the bed itself. 2) Room was well maintained and spacious. Sufficient for 3 people. AC and fans are provided. 3) Kitchen  - LPG gas along with stove was provided. Many utensils were provided. 4) Parking - Ample car parking space is available on the back side of the house. Cons - 1) Fridge was stinking. The foul smell from fridge was not bearable. We had to use room freshners multiple times. 2) NO TV was provided given the price. 3) Bathroom size is small.

I had an unforgettable experience at Shankar's Airbnb room in Pondicherry. The room had all essential amenities, a stunning beachfront view, and a serene ambiance. Extending our stay was a no-brainer. The sunrise from the room or balcony is a must-see. Shankar is an incredible host, always available to assist. Highly recommended!

What an amazing place to stay!! So peaceful, felt right at home. Shankar has been a great host, very kind, friendly and super-proactive. Waiting to visit again!!
