Our Villa is located in Boca de la Vinorama, Baja California Sur, Mexico. The area offers world class water sports of all kinds, swim, SUP, kiting, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, etc. Just steps from your front door.
The East Cape paved road is within ten miles and is recommended. There is also a more direct route from the San Jose del Cabo Airport via the less maintained Palo Escopeta Road (more specifics and suggestions on travel is detailed in our guidebook sent once booking confirmation is received.)
There are no supermarkets on the East Cape, so we suggest you shop in town and stock up on your provisions before you arrive. Within 1/4 mile walking/driving distance, there is a restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a mini mart in the same restaurant location for emergency food/supplies. Also, the restaurant hosts local organic produce and artisans from time to time as well as live music on many Saturday nights.
Only 17 miles away is Cabo Pulmo, which boasts the only hard coral reef and is known for snorkeling and diving.

Car rental is recommended. 4x4 is a plus. Don’t drive into sandy arroyos without a 4x4 vehicle. The coast road views are spectacular! We can provide airport transportation for a fee $100 (each way.) Please be sure to give us a minimum of a 3 day notice if you would like to arrange for personal transportation to the Villa.
