Lovely stay here. Zoran and Gordana were very welcoming and helpful. It was incredibly clean and I had everything I needed. The internet worked fine for online classes and meetings. I didn’t have any problems at all.

A great 2 month stay with Zoran and Goga in Belgrade. The apartment was very good value, clean and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy and quick, they live opposite the apartment so are there if you need anything but they always gave us privacy and messaged me first. Cleaning was provided every 10 days which was appreciated. We loved the area, a 5-10 minute walk from a huge green outdoor market. Plenty of restaurants, cafes nearby. We were working from home during our stay and it was comfortable. We had a couple of internet outages during our stay, but we contacted our hosts and they contacted the internet provider straight away who fixed the issue. The internet in the apartment is good but it isn't very stable, the connection dropped out at times. We are in Zoom meetings all day so we bought cheap back-up data for my mobile Yettel, 600 dinar for 15 GB / 15 days. We never used all the data but was good to have back-up. Would stay again.

The AC was not working and the host did not resolve the issue. Indeed my initial message to the host alerting him to the AC issue (AC was not broken but simply missing its remote control so it could not be turned on / off) was answered 5 days later right when I was about to check out. Check in was problematic as well —- host did not come himself but sent a “friend” who insisted on communicating outside of the Air BnB app and could not assist at all with the AC issue, nor with accessing the apartment WiFi. Wholly unacceptable on so many levels.

Our stay at the Fika apartment was truly remarkable. Mr. Zoran and Mrs. Gordana were incredibly helpful, friendly, and exceptionally welcoming. Their kindness made our stay all the more enjoyable. The location is very accessible, with available transportation by trams allowing easy access to any part of the Belgrade city. The apartment was well maintained and very clean throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended!
