The Barn on 23 is perfect for an upstate weekend getaway! The house is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the decor is very warm and great vibes. Huge lawn with a creek at the bottom, there's so much to explore! I can't wait to return :)

The Barn on 23 was lovely. We rented for a graduation/birthday celebration for our kiddo and had a wonderful time. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. My only quibble was that it was a little hard to get older folks in and out. The entryways were a little precarious, with steep steps for one entry and uneven footing on the other options. My 80-year old parents had some difficulty. However, for a group of younger folks this is definitely an amazing rental! We brought our dog and he had a ball romping on the vast lawn and in the creek. Plenty of room and a gorgeous setting.

We had such a great family vacation for week at the Barn on 23 ! The house was great. There were 6 adults, a teenager and a toddler. We had to made a few accommodations to make the place toddler-friendly but once we did, the place was great for all of us. We explored the Catskills as it was our first time in that location. We loved towns of Delhi, Jefferson, Stamford, and Hobart. My husband and I even drove our 2 year old grandson to Cooperstown to go to the Farm Museum. That took about 50 minutes there and back but it was totally worth it. Another day, the 6 of us went kayaking. It was so peaceful. My daughter and her fiance, who live in Brooklyn, are now saying they are ready to move to the Catskills. Fingers crossed that she does!
