JuliAnne's home is warm and cozy. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. The studio room is incredibly comfortable. I slept so good in that king size bed. If you want to sit and ponder life, draw or write, the porch is a peaceful refuge. I absolutely adore this home away from home. JuliAnne is truly a super host.

If what you want is an anonymous place to stay, this isn't the right spot for you. JuliAnne and her husband welcomed me into their house with open arms, showed me around, made sure I had everything I needed. In the morning we spent two hours chatting, sipping espresso, talking about her art, their antiques, and my trip. They embody everything you could hope for from a host and their hospitality is beyond reproach. I plan to stay here again if I ever come back to town.

Spectacular! This is the place. Things couldn't have worked out any better. I was in town for a few days to visit family and friends while I worked during the day. The Nest hosted by JulieAnne was simply perfect! Staying in the studio room was one of the most spacious and comfortable Airbnb stays I've experienced in a long time. It was both gorgeous and inviting. Beautiful pieces of artwork filled all of the rooms. JuliAnne and her husband Kurtis were some of the warmest and kindest hosts anyone could hope for. They were always kind, open, and inviting throughout my stay in their home. The den and kitchen areas were perfect for me to work throughout the day in a relaxed and quiet environment. All in all, this is where you want to stay. The next time I visit Minneapolis, I will be sure to stay here. It's simply the best!

A great place to stay to enjoy a quick trip to the area for parents weekend. Julianne was wonderful about accommodating a late arrival. We mostly needed to come and go in our own, spending most of our time away from the place. But this arrangement felt very comfortable.
