Caitlin’s place is fantastically located, just a short walk to Prahran village and chapel street. Also close to the tram and train. Great location! The apartment worked well for us, roomy, bright , contained everything one needed. We had a little glitch entering the apartment but Caitlin was very responsive and we got in just fine. Thanks again for having us, we had a great time.

Caitlin’s place is just a little gem! Nestled in a small block the neighbours are friendly it’s very secure private and surprisingly quiet given its location to absolutely everything.We actually felt we were home with everything we needed. If you’re wanting a good nights sleep this is the place for you! If there was ongoing availability we would have stayed long term it was that good.Although it’s on the 3rd floor it may not suit some with accessibility issues but we highly recommend Caitlin’s place.The best thing for us it was pet friendly⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🐕

As a new immigrant to Australia, I was incredibly worried about finding a place to rent while I got on my feet. Caitlin was warm, generous and responsive. Her place truly felt like a home and I had a great three months there. The tenants in the building are friendly and the neighborhood is full of wonderful restaurants and cafes. You'll truly feel like you're at home while at Caitlin's.

This place is perfectly placed just between Albert Park, Prahran and St.Kilda. Loads of transport options. Caitlin communicated perfectly and made everything smooth - even my extension was easy. The place itself is just off the Main Street traveling North from St. Kilda toward the MCG. Lots of shops snd cafe’s within a walk and Albert Park is right there. The apartment is as described - very cute and on the top floor (3 storeys) in a gated and private block of 10 which is secure and very well maintained by Anthony. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs around the world and this one is in the top 3 without being flashy in any way. Great value and very satisfying. Thanks Caitlin.
