We had a very enjoyable stay here. The hosts were very easy and quick to communicate with. The pool was lovely after a long day sightseeing and was very quiet. The air con in the room was also great and kept us cool when the weather outside was nearly 40c! I will say that the whole place could do with a bit of maintenance - the apartment and terrace do not look as clean, tidy and inviting as the advertisement pictures. I feel that with a few repairs and a maybe some more soft furnishings like in the Airbnb photos, would make this easily a 5 star review. However we still had a great time here and the place was very accessible to the centre of Seville.

I had a really lovely stay at this apartment. It was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Nice to have access to a shared swimming pool on the terrace also. Would definitely recommend this place.

Nicely decorated apartment, comfortable and clean. The upstairs terrace was a great addition to the stay. The location was also great - walkable distance to restaurants, bars and the centre of Sevilla.

We have stayed 4 nights in June.The place is nicely furnished, had everything we needed and is clean spotless. The bed is very comfy. We arrived early and were allowed in all the same, as the flat was ready. The location is good, close both to the old city centre and railway station. It is better for two, we were the party if 3 at the last minute, that is also ok (sofa bed). The terrace is sadly unusable if it rains, the furniture gets soaked, we had a smoker who would have been happier with a place with the balcony. The humidity was quite high in the town during our stay so we had to keep the windows open due to the heat and the street below is small but surprisingly noisy. if you dont mind using the aircondition, this is a solvable problem, the noise disapears with closed windows.
