Conveniently located right above the Mapo subway station. No need to walk outside to get home. If you visit Korea during the summer, you would appreciate how nice it is to stay dry before getting to the subway station. Plenty of local eatery places! At B1 level, there is a dry cleaning business where they open daily from 7am to 9pm, and they do Jean alteration (original hem) for only 8000 won ($6!), for same day pick up. John’s instruction was flawless and also quick in response. My daughter left her iPad cover and pen, and he is mailing the package to my family’s place in Korea. I was so grateful for his time. We will definitely visit his place again next time.

The apartment has a very good location to start sightseeing tours by metro, all spectacular sights are within 30 minutes by the metro. The apartment was as described and had all necessary things for our ca. 2 weeks stay in Seoul. All my questions were answered promptly. If I go to Seoul again, this apartment will by my first choice.

위치 좋은것 건물 내부 괜찮은 것 알고 갔습니다 동네 주민이라서요. 아파트 엘베 공사하는 동안 부모님 편안히 쉬다 가셨어요. 뷰도 완벽하고 내부 시설도 장기 투숙하기 적합했어요. 여러모로 시스템도 편리했습니다. 추천합니다.

John was a good host and was able to respond quickly, and gives very clear directions. The Airbnb was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The views were great and the room was warm during winter. The toilet and room were clean. The fridge was big enough to store the fruits and drinks which we bought from the supermarket. The location is great and just above the subway. This is was a plus point especially on cold days.
