This Airbnb is in a good location but needs some attention to make it perfect. We were too busy on our visit to have time to address this with the owner. So we made due with the issues. What could make it perfect? Fix the water pressure problem in all faucets. It is so low, my husband had to take his shaving stuff to our daughters to shave. The air intake vents need a good clean to get rid of the cigarette smell that is very strong in the master bedroom. The vents have lots of dust on them. The window sills need a good cleaning and remove dead bugs and dirt. The base boards could also use a good cleaning. When we arrived the carpets were damp from cleaning which shows that the owner is cleaning, but a deep clean could really help. Also, we received a message from owner at 8:40pm the night before checking out that alarmed us regarding payment for Amazon Prime Movies that would be charged to our account at check out. We did not watch TV while there as we were too busy.

We loved the house it was in a nice quiet neighborhood not far from restaurants and stores. The inside had a nice open design with a great flow. I loved the large living room and master bedroom with ensuite. The backyard was on the smaller side but perfect size for one or two dogs.

Perfect location close to The Village area. Plenty of space and clean. Beds are comfortable. The office was a huge plus since work was required on this trip. Internet was quick no issues. Kitchen is stocked for what you need to cook a meal. Quiet area, safe and secure neighborhood. Sidewalks for morning walk or afternoon stroll. Playground nearby. Sultan was very responsive when we needed to reach him. He was very understanding to any concerns we had. Will definitely return to Sultan's place in our future visits to OKC.

Sultan is a great host! He had adequate instructions clearly printed for the visitors and he had also availed himself if we were to need him. In addition, the house was very clean inside and outside, the couches and beds were comfortable, a PlayStation and board games were available thus our kids stayed entertained. The location is just stunning and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay - we will definitely be back!
