Stunning view, very quiet, large outside patio with a table easily accommodating 12 people. Lots of kitchen equipment, nice welcome gifts from the host. The house is a 10/15mn drive from the Ferry harbor. Inside the house, bathrooms & ground floor rooms are not huge but confortable. The inside stairs are narrow, not recommended for elderly people or young children. The master bedroom upstairs is bigger, but has no door and opens directly to the stairs. Access by car is through a super steep road. The house stands quite a bit above see level and the path to the beneath rocky cove is also steep. In both cases, you must not suffer from vertigo. A car is highly recommended for visits and grocery shopping, even if you can walk to the nearest (and very good) restaurant, or walk to Batsi village. And our daily swims at the cove were fantastic: almost always alone, clear water, and enough space to dry in the sun!

The villa is incredibly charming, providing utmost comfort and being fully and tastefully furnished . The garden is delightful, and the panoramic view is absolutely awe-inspiring. It is conveniently situated near Batsi, a charming coastal village, and in close proximity to stunning beaches. Our experience in Andros was exceptional and incredibly rejuvenating, and we enthusiastically recommend this. beautiful villa. Our time in the house was perfect. Watching the sunset every evening, stunning views of the Aegean! The house is great. Fully equipped and cozy. The location is good, a few minutes from Batsi and renting a car is a must!!
