For the price, you can't beat this lovely antique hotel near the waterfront. Joel the host, was very responsive and made our stay more welcoming than we expected. Hospitality is on point. Great job!

This listing is misleading: it’s not a house, but rather rooms available within a 2-star hotel, and the photos show just one building that is part of the larger hotel. If we had known what we were booking, that might have been fine; however, our group sought an AirBnB with a good common space to hang out together in the evening. We were disappointed with both setup and location. The hotel is outdated, some rooms are quite small, but the stay and service were otherwise fine.

This is a hotel located in a convenient location in Gisenyi. The hotel is decent and quite large. The breakfast included was okay, but some of the showers didn't work. The host was quite responsive and asked for a lot of feedback. It is clear that this hotel is working to improve.
