Huset er fantastisk, litt varmt om natten grunnet manglende air condition, og litt mye støy fra motorveien rett bak, men selve huset og bassenget er fantastisk!

The house itself is beautiful, large property with plenty of space for the dogs to run around. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but clean and spacious rooms - overall happy with the house. No soap or sponges provided for the dishes and wiping surfaces, as we had no car as came by train, the nearest shop about a 40 minute walk this was a little annoying having to walk to buy this as we had arrived with all of our belongings including food for the weekend. There is one taxi service in L'Ampolla, which only has 2 cars, so they were not available when needed. The main issue we had with our stay, was that we felt a bit uncomfortable - we felt like we were being watched by the neighbours which was a bit creepy because the property is quite isolated. The first night we had gone to bed and left one of the outdoor lights on by mistake, the next day we had a message from Interhome saying the neighbours told them about it and to make sure we don't do this again, which was a bit unnecessary as we already realised we had done this when we woke up. On the Sunday afternoon, we locked up the house and went for a walk. In this time, the owner of the property had arrived and called or informed Interhome to say we hadn't locked the gate and we had left our belongings in the house?! There was miscommunication between them as the owner seemed to think we were leaving on Sunday not Monday, again this made us feel very uncomfortable to know that the owner had been in the house whilst we were out. The owner then came back in the evening and walked into the property up the drive, we were very confused who this random woman was coming into the property and she walked back out and stood by the gate waiting for us to go over to her. She then apologised a little, but reinstate her concerns about leaving the lights on and not locking the gate it felt like we were being told off. She then asked to come inside to show us how to switch the mains off when we leave. In our opinion, if you are going to put a property on Airbnb through a property group, then you need to let them handle things and not act like you feel obliged to just randomly turn up because you are concerned with the guests or basically that you want to voice your opinions 0 we were leaving the next day it's not like we were going to be there for another week. We treated the place with respect as we left it pretty much spotless so it was pretty unfair. We voiced this with Interhome and they did apologise, which is fine as I guess they are the middle people for this, but the owner should not have done that!
