A casa no geral é bastante boa, e a comunicação com a empresa/proprietário correu bastante bem. A única coisa a apontar foi que a casa (cozinha) não estava bem preparada para quem vai passar uma semana e tenciona fazer refeições em casa. Faltavam algumas coisas como por exemplo pratos de pequeno almoço, um ralador de cenoura, entre outras coisas. Os colchões também poderiam ser melhores e o isolamento acústico idem.

The property could have been cleaner and better maintained, small details such as parasol base for the terrace not fitting, or not enough light bulbs in the bedrooms should have not been issues. Furthermore, the mattresses were not the best and very hard. Lastly, it took them more than half of our stay to fix a defective washing machine, which we had reported on the first hours of our arrival. On the plus side, the property had a nice outside area with BBQ and shower and was is in a calm area close by Praia da Lota in Manta Rota.

The home is in a Portugese suburb and most of the homes belong to Portugese, who use it as holiday homes. Therefore it was very quiet, all shops, restaurants and beach are within walking distance. The local transport was good and within walking distance. The house was spotless and had everything in, that is necessary. Filipe and Philomena were very kind and attentive and purchased me a kettle and also took me to a large supermarket. If you want to go sightseeing, you will definitely need to hire a car. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning in the near future.
