Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite television, washing machine and dishwasher for a quality stay and a truly relaxing holiday. All apartments have a kitchen equipped with an induction hob. In the center of Diano Marina, Flowers Riviera, Liguria. Very close to the sea and the beaches. Shops, bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, supermarket: just a few meters. Private parking or garage (upon request, surcharge). Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary. We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival. - if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand. - if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you. So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer. Important notes: - Check-in time: from 16:00 to 20:00. In case of late check-in, after 20:00, there is a surcharge of 10 Euros per extra hour after 20:00. - Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment. - upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law. - upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1€ per person, per day, only for the first 7 days, and only for guests over 14 years old.
