We were all extremely happy with our stay. Jonah was exceptionally caring and thoughtful. He is super easy to reach out to, and will respond promptly to all questions. We are from abroad and had no problems contacting him at all. Already prior to our visit, he made us feel very confident and happy with our booking. Examples of how he did this included offering to send more pictures, waiting to make sure we were 100% happy before we booked and talked us through the check in process before our flight. The check in process was very easy. The apartment was completely spotless, and very beautiful. Jonah also surprised us with a room upgrade to a penthouse, which was very special (thank you!)! The apartment felt very homey and had all the items we would ever need e.g. full kitchen, countless towels, garbage bags, soaps, shampoo etc. It had beautiful furniture and was very comfortable. The apartment is well situated - walking distance to UCLA and various shops such as Target and CVS, and restaurants. The lobby is very clean and welcoming, with front desk and also free coffee machine 24/7! During our stay, any questions we had, Jonah was quick to respond and had an answer to all them. The check out process was also very easy, and went smoothly. Overall, we would highly recommend this apartment: it is beautiful and the location is great. The host is exceptionally welcoming and thoughtful. We had a delightful stay and would definitely book with him again if we had the chance. 10/10!!!

I enjoyed my stay a lot! The apartment makes you feel like home and the communication with the host is awesome, fast and accurate. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to Target and Whole Foods.

Jonah was very quick on my responses as far as questions before I even booked my trip. Once I arrived we were welcomed at the front lobby by Hailee and Bob who were very helpful and nice with assisting with everything literally nothing was a rush and they were on time which is a plus.The apartment close to Weho20min,Beverly Hills10min,Universal Studio 30min,SantaMonica Beach n Venice about 20min also which nice this area kind in middle of it all and the floors was also mopped well, there is valet who will park your car in your spot for you and drive it back up which was great. Everything gated I felt real safe there we barely ran into anyone at all there everyone real to themselves or air bnb which is cool. My favorite things about this place were the pillow in MB omg most comfortable I’ve ever felt and I’ve stayed in some much more expansive places than this one hopefully u can send me over the brand of them thanks I definitely would stay again.
