A clean and spacious apartment in a convenient, walkable location. Jawad was a great host who communicated in a timely manner and helped me navigate to the private parking spot. This place has everything I needed for a weekend stay.

Jawad goes above and beyond making sure you have a wonderful stay. He gave clear instructions and answered all questions with enthusiasm and warmth. The location was quiet and near the train. We even stayed in one night and felt quite cozy. A great stay!

Jawad is great host! He was very helpful, kind and answered all questions very quickly. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and stylish. There are everything you need on the kitchen and even more. The terrace is outstanding spot, especially in sunny weather. Also we had nice guest. It was a neighbor cat Linet who liked to look around. The apartment is located near the bus stop and metro station. It took only about 20 minutes to get to the center of the city. We had a very cool time in Montreal. Thank you, Jawad.

We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and our two sons aged 5 and 1. This place was a great choice for us. A place to park our car, a peaceful garden where we could have a barbecue and a safe and clean place for our one year old son and we found everything we were looking for. Jawad is very quick to communicate with and very helpful. The washer and dryer and all the utilities and items in the kitchen are very clean and safe to use. The house has a private parking area, but if your car is big, you might maneuver a little more to park, there is also parking possibilities in front of the house, so you don't need to think about parking. The beds are very clean and comfortable. The living room is a bit narrow but it was more than enough for us. We had a very peaceful stay and we thank Jawad for that.

Nous avons passé ma fille et moi un très bon séjour, Jawad était très réactif, l'emplacement très calme et surtout était proche de la ligne verte du métro. Je recommande et je pense certainement y retourner.
