Route from Patras Harbour:
Patras – Lechaina - Varda - Andravida – Amaliada – Pyrgos – Douneika – Mirtia – Agios Ilias - Pyrgi
(National road, country road, approx. 88km, estimated travel time 1, 5 hrs)
Arriving in Patras you leave the city and follow the signposts to Pyrgos. This takes you to the motorway (National Road, E55) Patras – Pyrgos. You follow the road direction Patras - Pyrgos and pass the above mentioned towns. After approx. 80km and approx. 14km before you leave the National Road and turn right at the signpost Douneika. You drive through the village and head for Mirtia.
Route from Patras/Araxos Airport:
Araxos – Lapas – Varda - Andravida – Amaliada – Pyrgos - Douneika – Mirtia – Agios Ilias - Pyrgi
(Motorway, approx. 62km, estimated travel time 50 minutes)
From the airport you follow the signposts to Pyrgos. Directly after Lapas you get to the motorway (National Road, E55) Patras – Pyrgos. You follow the road direction Pyrgos and pass the above mentioned towns.
After approx. 52km and approx. 14km before Pyrgos you leave the National Road and turn right at the signpost Douneika. You drive through the village and head for Mirtia.
Route from Kalamata Airport:
Kalamata Airport – Tripolis – Kalo Nero – Kakovatos – Zacharo – Pyrgos – Hanakia - Mirtia – Agios Ilias - Pyrgi
(Kalamata Airport – holiday domicile Pyrgi, approx. 130km, estimated travel time 2hrs.)
Once you have arrived at the airport you leave the airport grounds and turn left towards Kalamata. After 300mtr you get to a roundabout and follow the signpost for the motorway direction Athens. Drive on the feeder road that takes you the motorway towards Kalamata – Athens- Tripolis. This part of the motorway is a toll road.
After approx. 23km at the exit 16/Tsakona you will see signposts direction Pyrgos, Kyparissia. You leave the motorway and take the country road towards Tsakona - Kyparissia and follow the signposts. You pass by the small towns Vassiliko, Koklas, Dorio and Kopanaki until after 31 km you reach Kalo Nero, on the western coast of Peloponnese. At the fork Kalo Nero you keep to the right and head towards Pyrgos, on the national road E55 Pyrgos – Patras. After approx. 67km on the E55, approx. 9km behind Pyrgos you leave the national road E55, turn right and follow the signpost towards Skafidia, Chanakia, Mirtia and Agios Ilias. Turn right and keep driving another 3 km until you reach Mirtia.
Route from Athens:
Athens – Korinthos – Tripolis – Kalamata – Kyparissia – Kalo Nero - Kakovatos
– Zacharo – Pyrgos – Hanakia – Mirtia – Agios Ilias - Pyrgi
(Athens Airport – holiday domicile in Pyrgi, approx. 340km, estimated travel time 3hrs 40 minutes)
From the airport you take the Attiki Road (motorway) direction Athina and Lamia. After some km you follow the signposts towards Elefsina and Korinthos.
Athens Airport – Korinthos (motorway) approx. 110km, toll road, travel time approx. 1 hr.
You pass by Korinthos and drive in the direction of Tripolis and Kalamata. From here it is another 130km until you reach the exit to Kyparissia, Patras, Pyrgos. This is a toll road. Travel time is approx. 1,5 hrs.
You leave the motorway and follow the signposts towards Patras, Kyparissia, Pyrgos and take the country road towards Tsakona – Kyparissia. Route from Mirtia – Holiday domicile Pyrgi
When you arrive in Mirtia, at the first junction, look out for the sign „Hotel Zorbas“ and follow this direction. After 500mtr you pass by the Hotel Zorbas. On the right side you will see the sign Ag. Ilias and turn right. Follow that road, drive through Ag.Ilias and Stamateleika and after 2,8km you reach the holiday resort Pyrgi directly at the beach, called Ag. Ilias Beach. On the left side you will see a church, where you turn left. Keep driving for 400mtr and turn half right. To your right you can see the beach and the sea.
You keep driving straight on and after 150mtr you turn left. Drive up the slope for 40mtr and you will see your holiday domicile on the right side.
