This apartment is an example of why I always look to Airbnb before I look to hotels. The apartment was a fairly spacious 1 bedroom with a nice sized bathroom and a balcony that overlooked both Ashford Avenue and the ocean. It was very clean and comfortable. The location cannot be beat - it literally in the center of the Condado area. Between vacations and work travel, I have stayed in my fair share of Airbnb's, both great and atrocious. This apartment was very near the top of all Airbnbs I have stayed in.

The condo is exceptionally well located, close to the beach and in a vibrant section of Condado, with lots of restaurants and shops within a short walk. Check-in was smooth, and Bonnie and Nilda showed us how everything worked and were very helpful in giving suggestions about where to eat and what to see. We very much enjoyed our ten-day stay there and would gladly return.

Bonnie and Nild’s condo is adorable. They have seen to it that everything you should need will be there. It is sparkling clean with air conditioners, ceiling fans and lights in each room. Beach towels and chairs are also provided as well as shampoo, body wash, etc. and plenty of towels. We wanted for nothing. The balcony is very large with a wonderful view of the ocean and the main drag along Condado from the 5th floor of a wonderful, secure condo building. Just a very short walk across the street to the beautiful beach. It is in the central section of Condado and walking distance to everything you might want to do or you may need. CVS and Walgreens are on the corner and are open 24 hrs for your convenience. When we return to PR we definitely will want to stay here. The communication with Bonnie and Nilda was exceptional. They contacted us to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. They are always available. That was so important to us. We knew if we needed anything, they would be there to help or answer our questions. It was a wonderful experience and they were terrific hosts. Many thanks to them for making our visit wonderful and stress free!!!

Close to the beach, good location right in the middle of Condado. It can sometimes be loud due to being right on the street but it is a central location after all. The building itself can certainly use some renovations, then again most buildings in Condado area are quite old. Bonnie and Nilda are both kind and sweet. Overall I had a good stay.
