Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die schlicht aber angenehm eingerichtet ist. Perfekt für größere Familien oder Gruppen mit mehreren Badezimmern und Schlafzimmern sowie genügend Platz. Freundliche Gastgeber die gerne geholfen haben. Etwas ab vom Schuss. in Alberese gibt es nur wenig zu entdecken jedoch ist Grosetto nur ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Strand ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit einem Shuttlebus gut zu erreichen und äußerst schön. Im naheliegenden Naturpark kann man schön spazieren/wandern. Anzumerken ist der Flugplatz in Grosetto von dem aus Kampfflugzeuge starten und regelmäßig trainieren. Diesen kann man beim Fliegen zuschauen. Tagsüber kann es dadurch zu etwas Fluglärm kommen, mich hat es wenig gestört und der Anblick solcher Maschinen hat sogar Begeisterung ausgelöst. Sieht man ja nicht alle Tage.

L'appartamento di Elsa è spazioso, pulito e molto arieggiato grazie alla posizione ad angolo e al grande balcone. Rispecchia perfettamente le foto dell'annuncio. In 8 persone abbiamo avuto tutto lo spazio necessario e i 3 bagni sono stati molto utili. Comodissimo per andare nel centro di alberese per fare spesa, prendere il bus per la spiaggia o noleggiare le bici. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Overall we had a nice stay in Albarese. It was cold outside so it took a while for the flat to heat up. The flat is big enough for 3 couples and one child. Nice and sunny. The furniture and the interiors are functional. One of the three double beds is very hard, the other two are softer. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which is great. The kitchen equipment is very basic. I would expect a bit more in this price range so I found the flat somewhat overpriced for the low season. In the summer the spacious balconies are surely a treat. Marina who was our contact was very welcoming and nice.

Appartamento molto funzionale, pulito, con una comodissima terrazza. Abbiamo soggiornato 8 notti, due famiglie, 7 persone in tutto. Le camere sono ben organizzate con bagni dedicati, garantendo una convivenza con un giusto livello di privacy. Zona giorno ampia. Zona cucina un po' più limitata ma comunque si può tranquillamente preparare pranzo e cena. L'accoglienza è stata molto buona avendo potuto usufruire della piscina sino all'orario di check in!
